How could the akiyas be turned into a property of Mom’s Co-op?

The original surrounding building envelope has been retained and a large revolving staircase has been placed in the middle as a response to this type.

The change in height defines the space rather than the traditional hallways and partition walls, allowing for a flow of privacy and publicness throughout.

The ground floor has been converted to commercial space and is connected to the exterior.

Non-defined space allows private occupation of part of the staircase. Perhaps a neighbour can look after the child while he does his homework here, and the child's mother gets a surplus of time.
